As I see it, life requires a partner. People are not met to be alone. So much of what we do is better done with the love and support of a significant other and family. I am a very loving, caring and honest person. I am a little shy until I get to know you. I am a good listener and enjoy meeting people. I like the outdoors and the quiet. I enjoy fishing, camping, the beach, watching the sunsets, football, baseball, bowling, concerts, movies, dancing and dining out. I enjoy cooking food that is delicious. .... Just to name a few. On the other hand I also love loud, boisterous things like roller coasters, concerts, comedy shows and carnivals. I like movies that make you laugh and cry. My goal is to continue to have a comfortable life and to be happy. I am very easy-going and don't get too riled about things. And everything does not have to be MY way. I am very good at compromise. I am what I am and I am an open book with nothing to hide. I am open to learning about and trying most anything. I like a cold beer,good wine, and fun conversation.....that's the best. Trips up north are always fun...rain or shine. Spend the day in a fun/great town. I enjoy a night out dancing but also enjoy staying at home, curled up on the couch with my woman and watching a great movie. I enjoy country, old rock and some new wave music One doesn't have to have a lot of money to be happy or have a commitment with someone.What is important is what is in someones heart,I believe strongly in being trust worthy.I'm looking for someone that's generally happy, and whose smile or that 'certain look' can warm me from across the room. Someone that understands that there are always ups and downs in a relationship – in life – but has the skills and desire to make it right for us.I still believe in love and that you are out there somewhere. To find that special someone, one who will walk beside me, appreciate me and respect me for who I am. I want the love and affection to last forever not just for a short time. If you could look into someones eye and not flinch or look away then there is intimacy and love. I want to be able to look into the eye's of that special someone everyday with that intimacy! I'm looking for that someone that has a quirky sense of humor, Somebody who is quick witted, and enjoys playful banter back and forth. I am very nurturing-I am the type of man who would rub your feet after a hard day of work. I also am very affectionate. Hopefully the woman I am interested in is also! I prefer women who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. And I prefer someone who isn't looking for perfection but rather a work in progress. She likes lying together watching a movie on a rainy/cold day is a good time for me. Someone who desires and reciprocates intimacy as much as you do, who responds to the fact that you enjoy the reassurance of physical contact and emotional sharing, but who helps keeps dependency in check in the relationship so that we do not lose our identities as individuals and whose character is deserving of loyalty and affection.
