Hi! Right now, I'm looking for a best friend and companion! This is a time of transition for me; I'm semi-retired and my kids are almost out on their own. I'm open to what God has in store for me now and in the future. I'm trusting Him to introduce me to someone special.


My life has been defined by my Christian faith and God's grace. His faithfulness has carried me through some tough times, including the death of my parents and my husband. I believe that gratitude is the secret to being content and happy, and I am so thankful for my two sons, ages 21 and 19. They are as different as night and day but each blessed with special gifts and qualities that I admire. It is a privilege and a blessing to be their mom. They, of course, are a main priority in my life.


I would describe myself as being honest, loyal, creative, encouraging, thoughtful, and loving. Some of my interests include listening to music, attending church, going to movies and plays, spending time at our cabin in the mountains, keeping up with current events, and writing. I'm not very athletic these days, but I enjoy watching sports. Even though I haven't had the opportunity in recent years, I do enjoy traveling. I like to relax at night and watch a little TV.


I have and enjoy a good sense of humor and get along well with all types of people. I enjoy good conversation.

I appreciate a man who is kind and caring and fun to be with; a man with a genuine faith in God who has a positive outlook, a heart for the eternal, and a twinkle in his eye.
