I am a devoted to Jesus first above anything on this earth! I grew up in Kansas and San Diego (best of both worlds) my Aunt has a farm in Leavenworth KS and I loved spending time there in the spring and summer. The smell of the grass, the early mornings, the thunderstorms, the gatherings, waking up at 5am to the smell of coffee and bacon and the sound of the guys getting ready with Uncle Jim to start the day. The pig farm and feeding the runt, fishing with Jigs the farm dog, sleeping with the bedroom window open...oh don't get me started....
