Hi, my name is Gerard, known as Ger or Gerry to most people. 68 years old (almost 69) but not yet retired, working full-time as a HGV driver. Never married and have no children. Previous long-term partner deceased since March 2024. I'm originally from Portarlington, Co. Laois but living in Celbridge, Co. Kildare since Christmas 1998. Non-smoker (but I don't object to people who smoke or vape) and a moderate drinker. My principal pastime is collecting classic cars (old Fiats) and I admire Fiat tractors as well. Have one household pet at the moment (cat), I've always been a cat person. Member of MENSA and INTERTEL high IQ societies since 1989. No political affiliations. I'm hoping to meet a kind and gentle lady to share happy experiences with, preferably someone who has some of the above in common with me.
