I willingly stoke the wood stove, collect the compostables, search and destroy weeds. Someone suited to me would probably be retired, not on a dawn to dusk farm routine. I'd be capable of taking care of poultry, tending the vegetables, freezing them. Most of all I want someone faithful to care for.
