I moved to the country about 13 years ago to help my family out with their farm. I had been doing this living in California but the farm has expanded since relocating to Michigan. I prefer the country lifestyle but do still like coming into the city and going to the coffee shops, restaurants and theaters. I'm looking for a like minded person that likes to take things slow.

I'd like to go somewhere quiet first to have coffee then build from there. I'm somewhat shy but outgoing once I am comfortable.

Hunting. I am not a huge fan of guns because I have joint problems and the kick back for some rifles hurts my shoulders but I do enjoy crossbow hunting and would like to learn more about it.

My goal is to be able to take over the farm when I need to and to keep it running in the family.I never thought I would become someone in the farming community but I feel it's more of my life's calling than what I earned as a degree in college.

I like to hang out at the family farm and interact with the animals, love them all but the lady alpacas can be kind of rude with the spitting and the rest of the animals are miniature horses/donkeys, sheep, and chickens. I find the chickens quite amusing because when we first got them I did not know they laid any other color then brown. We currently are working on breeding polish chickens and I can't stop myself from laughing when they're feeding when the feathers on their heads bop around.

I generally look for someone with a lot of empathy and the ability to be quiet but also enjoy spontaniety in life. People with tattoos and piercings are welcome and I'm guessing that falls under oddities *lol*. I have three tattoos currently and will be getting one more this summer.
